Laura Knott is the owner of Simply Delicious Desserts, LLC, in Hot Springs, Arkansas, which specializes in custom cakes, desserts, and catering. She has recently retired after 27 years of teaching, and is pursuing her next career: cooking, creating wedding cakes, and writing cookbooks.
