The majority of my career has been in the IT Services and outsourcing market place where I have a successful track record in the winning and the ongoing management of complex business relationships. I am the director of mckinley|resource the innovative executive search business and operate as a freelance people consultant specialising in talent attraction, assessment and recruitment. I also deliver business coaching to high growth businesses in the North West.

I am take my recruitment seriously and support and encourage best practice in the industry through my work with REC as a regional director.
